If necessary, an introduction to the new home with instructions on waste separation, etc. You are welcome to commission us to take care of this process for you. Our team knows how to pay attention to the details, familiarize the tenant with the furnished apartment and explain their responsibilities in a friendly but firm manner. Rental Management Service

With our rental management service, we are happy to offer you the opportunity to conveniently handle your rental income via Immendo. As soon as we receive the rent, we immediately transfer your rental payments to you and retain our marketing costs.

Of course, you will receive an invoice for your payment to us, which you can deduct from your taxes. Should a tenant not pay on time, we will remind them both by phone and in writing. We offer this service for the entire rental period of your tenant.

    What is the occupancy rate of my furnished apartment?

    Immendo is constantly working to achieve the best possible occupancy rate in order to rent out your furnished apartment. Our furnished properties have a fantastic occupancy rate of over 90% per year, provided the apartment meets the usual market conditions (modern furnishings, etc.). The occupancy rate of your property depends on demand and the rental conditions you specify.

    What rent can I get?
    The price for a furnished apartment is made up of various factors. In addition to the unavoidable fixed costs (such as property tax, insurance, etc.), the size, location, equipment and furnishings of the apartment play a decisive role in determining the achievable price.
    Who do I get the monthly rent from?
    If you do not want rental management through Immendo, the tenant will transfer the monthly rent to the account specified in the rental agreement. If you would like to benefit from rental management through Immendo, we will take care of the rental payment and transfer the rent minus the service fee to your account. We will be happy to advise you on this.
    How and when is the service fee due?
    We work according to the successful model. The monthly service fee is only due if a tenant rents your furnished apartment through Immendo. If you wish, you can benefit from our rental management and receive your rent minus the service fee in your account every month. A tip: Our service fee can be booked as an expense in your income tax return.
    What happens if something breaks?
    If something breaks during the tenancy, the tenant is obliged to report this to the owner. A certain amount of wear and tear should be taken into account when letting furnished. Excessive wear and tear or improper use can be offset against the deposit. We recommend that you keep a handover report when moving tenants in and out. You can download our handover report.
