All rentals are fully equipped to make sure you can feel at home straight away. This includes all necessary furniture, household appliances, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery to make your everyday life comfortable. Bed linen and towels are often included in the rental price. However, please note that the exact furnishings may vary from apartment to apartment. For details, check the respective apartment descriptions, which give you a clear overview of the amenities available. Normally, all you need to do is bring a suitcase with your personal belongings and clothes to move straight into your new temporary home.

To receive housing offers, simply register HERE with us. After we receive your registration, we will contact you personally. You will receive all relevant information about your desired apartment from us or we will send you suitable offers. We will provide you with this information by email, telephone or WhatsApp. Benefit from our many years of experience in the furnished apartment market in Duisburg, Oberhausen, Mülheim, Moers, Dinslaken and the surrounding area. All of our offers contain photos, videos and detailed descriptions. On request / if possible, we will organize viewing appointments or you can conveniently book your desired apartment directly.

When it comes to the rental agreement, we usually require your identity card/passport/visa, your last 3 payslips or your new employment contract and a positive credit report. Your data will be deleted after termination of the tenancy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

As the contractual partner, your landlord collects personal data from you. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. XNUMX para. XNUMX lit. b) GDPR.

We offer you current and available offers, arrange viewing appointments, negotiate with landlords on your behalf and are available as a contact person at any time, both during the rental period and beyond. All of these services and our comprehensive service are free of charge for YOU as a tenant in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1a of the Housing Agency Act.

You can sign the contract quickly and easily digitally on your cell phone, tablet or computer. It is of course also possible by email.

The deposit is payable after signing the contract. The rent must be paid before the start of the contract to the account specified in the contract. The details can be found in your rental contract.

Once you have decided on the furnished accommodation of your choice, we will send you the contract with all the details and the landlord's contact details. After paying the deposit, and in good time before the start of the contract, you arrange the date for handing over the keys directly with your landlord.

If your life circumstances change and you want to move out of your apartment early, e.g. because your project ends earlier, the experts at immendo are there for you. We take over the communication with your landlord, clarify all the details and take care of drawing up a termination agreement. Thanks to our years experience and our comprehensive network, we can usually find a suitable new tenant quickly so that the transition runs smoothly.
