As Customer advisor / agent You'll be our first point of contact for tenants and landlords. With passion, organizational skills, and a responsive ear, you'll ensure a great customer experience.
Career changers from the Hotel industry, tourism or other service sectors are very welcome!
Flexible working hours:

part-time: 09:00–14:00 on four days → 20 hours/week

Full-time compact: 09:00–18:00 (1-hour break) on three days → 24 hours/week

- Become the best advisor for our apartment seekers and find a new home for them.
- Recognize the individual needs of our customers and match them with our furnished apartments.
- Coordinate viewings and handovers
- Become the interface between tenant and landlord and mediate in special situations.
- Take responsibility for contract documents and protocols to ensure a smooth process.
- Support our customers in negotiations and questions regarding rental contracts.
- Acquire expertise in the real estate market and learn about its potential and challenges.
- Optional and by arrangement: Learn real estate photography and support us with your creativity
